1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Arviro's website, digital products, custom software, and engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our site and services.
2. Services and Deliverables
Arviro provides digital engineering services including web development, mobile applications, machine learning integration, and desktop software. Upon engagement, specific terms regarding intellectual property transfer, licensing, and usage rights for custom-developed software will be detailed in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). For general website and informational materials, you may not:
- modify or copy the materials without express permission;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display without authorization;
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software provided directly on Arviro's public website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from our materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on Arviro's public website are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we guarantee the quality of our custom engineering deliverables per specific client contracts, Arviro makes no general warranties, expressed or implied, regarding public informational content and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Arviro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Arviro's website, even if Arviro or an Arviro authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
